Sarah and Stephanie at Financial Options organised a buy to let mortgage for my sister. I orginally tried to organise the mortgage myself but right at the last minute the lender pulled the mortgage and said that my sister no longer passed the criteria when we were told the mortgage had all been accepted. The vendor of the property my sister was buying was getting a little bit worried so I wanted to be able to find a new mortgage as soon as possible. I telephoned Sarah and explained the situation and she started looking for suitable mortgages straight away and by the afternoon she had sent applications to a number of lenders.
